Менеджеры пишут что от 300 000, но там походу самые слабые квартиры за эту цену, поэтому надо сразу ориентироваться на 20-30к дороже

Здравствуйте. Живу в этом районе. Тихий, спокойный район. Активно застраивается. Между левым и правым берегом. Очень удобный. Минус в этом доме - ОКНА ОЧЕНЬ МАЛЕНЬКИЕ
